Let’s start with the foundation. We build on 9-foot poured concrete foundation walls, with no wood load-bearing walls in the basement, first or second floors. Steel or concrete beams and columns provide the structural lower level support, and the steel ends rest in the concrete foundation walls. The continuous wall system helps distribute weight evenly. We offer lifetime manufactures limited warranties on the home. These included the roof, the stone, The hardy and vinyl siding, the flooring, many of the other features.
